Hi Nina! The cleanest ones I've been to are in Tagaytay. A lot of my fab finds are from the Cubao ukay ukay but you really do need to bring an entire bottle of alcohol and possibly a dust mask :| I got allergies after scouring through the ones at Cubao but I went home with lots of dresses and cute blouses :p
I'm planning on going on an all-day ukay ukay trip to Tagaytay. Wanna come with? :)
